Three Springs Campground
Our services were designed with you in mind. We've tailored each site, our hospitality and amenities to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. We hope that our attention to detail and desire to pamper you shines through each and every moment of your stay.
Our Mission is to keep camping alive, adventurous, and most of all fun! With a focus on healthy outdoor activities, we aim to get adults and kids alike outside, enjoying all the healthy benefits that nature has to offer. Get your family off their cell phones and outside by signing them up for one of our "Guided Nature Hikes" at the Camp Store. They will thank you for it afterwards, we promise.
We love to here from our guests! Especially when those letters include great shots of the park.
Send your letters, suggestions, rants, or raves, with pics to us at TSCampground@gmail.com
and then check back here periodically to see if we have used your pictures on our site!
Owned & operated by Chris, Rachael & Christopher Poole, "We took over the campground in March 2015 and started with extensive clean-up and updating of the park. With help from our family & friends, we rejuvenated the picturesque campground and started adding our own special touches to the existing cabins, Archey Hall, bathhouses, and main office, all of which underwent full renovations in 2000, when the Sparrow Family purchased the campground."
"We built and now offer a large two-story Rustic Cabin, Pop's Lodge, which is dedicated to the man who inspired it, Terry "Pops" Hamm. We also added camper rentals to the park, for those guests who want more adventure then a typical hotel room can afford."
"Our rich Civil War history is taught to guests on our Guided Nature Hikes, which can be scheduled at our Camp Store for guests to sign-up."
"We pride ourselves on being a safe and quiet park, with on-site owner's quarters 24/7 and security cameras throughout the park. Guests enjoy peaceful, quiet nights with little to no late-night check-ins, as our latest check-in time is 9pm est, unless prior permission is granted from management. Come spend a night under the stars with us listening to the frogs and crickets sing! Check out our recent reviews and hear what others think of our peaceful nights in the "Valley Where Time Stands Still"."
"The hardworking couple made us feel welcomed. It is off the beaten path and that was a plus. Definitely a great place to visit. We will definitely stay again in our future travels."

"Very secluded campground, nice bathrooms with hot showers, nice clean grounds, firepit. Water and electrical hookups were easy to get to and plug in and staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a very good experience."

"What a winner this was. We were going to stay at another RV park, but they were closed. Someone suggested this one. It was very close to the interstate and what a wonderful place this was. Rachel met us outside and we went in and paid. Rachel then went to the site and helped us back in. I noticed she did this on every RV that came in. The prices were great, we even got a 10% discount because we were going to see the Ark. Scenery was wonderful, it seemed we were in a secluded valley with walk way all around that were mowed and kept clean. Our dog had a wonderful time. The only disadvantage is no sewage hook up, BUT they do have an excellent place to dump, very convenient.
I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this.
Thank you Rachel for a very enjoyable time at an outstanding campground"

More coming soon.................
"From the time I made reservations to the time we left our stay was pleasant. We were able to visit so many surrounding areas within a 15 to 55 minute drive. We went to the Ark Encounter, visited Cincinnati, OH and Lexington, KY. When we just wanted to relax there were pleasant walks in the campgrounds, bluegrass music in the event hall and one camper even gave a concert of his original songs (great musician).
We will visit again and hopefully will be bringing family members in the spring."

"Very tranquil spot in a beautiful setting.. the owners/hosts were kind and helpful even though we arrived very late. We used this as a base to see sights in the area and we were very happy with it. We knew it did not have septic hookups so we were prepared for that. I would like to have stayed one more day to enjoy the surroundings but had reservations elsewhere.. if you are looking for a restful stop in the area, this is it."

"Felt like going home! Great people!!! Hint for shower #1, faucet is backwards. Hot is cold. They have the hottest water I've ever felt short of steam! On a 30° morning, that was great!!!! Cleanest bathrooms I've seen in a while, I'd probably eat spaghetti right off the floor clean--- mild exaggeration, but not by much. Great little campground tucked away in the middle of nowhere just off 75. I shall return!"

"Rachel was honestly one of the kindest and most helpful people I have met in a while. So friendly, but also called me personally on my way to mention a weather pattern approaching that may add some time and gave us the best route. From start to finish this is a great place. Thanks Rachel!!"

We offer spacious campsites that are designed to fit anyone's budget and style of camping.
Our newly rennovated Bathhouses were designed for privacy and comfort. Showers with tile from top to bottom, as well as double curtains for privacy, offer great water pressure and long-lasting hot water. We've been told that we have "some of the nicest campground bathrooms seen this side of the Rockies".
If relaxing is more your style, be sure to check out our large in-ground pool and spend your afternoon unwinding and relaxing in the sun. With plenty of deck space for sun-bathing, the pool opens for the season just before Memorial Day weekend each year!
If adventure is on your agenda, choose from any one of our hiking/horseback riding trails and get to it! We have miles of trails, each with it's own beautiful scenery and wildlife to encounter. Just grab a map from the Camp Store and strap on your hiking shoes!
Archey Hall, dedicated to founders Helen & Bo Archey, is available for large groups to sleep, meet, and eat together in a rustic, homey setting. The large mess hall is also open for hourly rentals.
