Camp Rules


​No Camping Rugs, Mats, or Vehicles on the lawns anywhere in the park. Your site has a gravel pad that is meant for you to park on. 

No Outside Sourced Firewood, we sell/deliver firewood at the Camp Store.

Do not hack, cut, chop, or break by force any limbs or trees in the campground or woods. Do not damage landscaping.

Do not burn trash, lumber, tobacco products, or any other non-biodegradable products in our fire pits or any outdoor containers. Your fire pit is not a trash burning receptacle, nor do your neighbors want to smell plastics burning.

Do not Litter in your site or any where in our campground including the woods. Put all trash into the Dumpster located at our Exit Gate.

We welcome your visitors with the same respect and courtesy as we do you. However, you have paid to be here and each visitor uses water, electric, and leaves a "footprint" on the park. If your visitor stays after 9pm EST then we will charge your site for an extra guest for the night. All visitors park at the Camp Office lot, obtain a Visitors Pass for their car, and walk in after registering. Your welcome to pick them up. 

Quiet Time is at 10pm EST. This means children and adults need to be settled down and quietly sitting at their site at this time. Please do not allow children to run, scream or squeal while near other guest's sites. Children are not allowed to cut through another guest's site while playing. 

Pet Policy:  All pets, no matter the species or breed, must remain on a leash while outside of your camper/tent/rental . All feces needs to be bagged and put into the proper receptacles located throughout the park, no warnings will be issued, no exceptions! If a pet exhibits dangerous behaviors then the owners will be asked to not bring the pet back outside. 

​Lastly, our Rustic Cabin Rentals are not for your exploration. Please do not walk up to or look inside of the windows of our cabins. Our Cabin Guests do not appreciate your intrusion nor do they walk up and look inside of your camper windows! Cabin areas are private, and should be treated as such.

The Heritage Glen is our newest Deluxe Camper Rental! For just $105/night plus tax (Ark/CM guests pay just $94.50/night plus tax) you can sleep 2 guests in this beautiful, roomy fifth wheel camper. The Heritage Glen is priced at 1/3 the local hotel rates but so much more fun! This 48 ft camper has 5 SLIDEOUTS and it sleeps up to 8 guests total!! Call us for details!

​​Check-In/Out Procedures


​​RV/Tent Sites can check in anytime between 1pm and 7pm EST (12pm to 6pm EDT Winter Hours from Nov 1-Mar 1 each season)

Please park at the stop sign by entrance gate and bring your ID to the office for check in.  We will show you to your site, as well as direct you into it. We do NOT allow RVer's to use the Dump Station upon arrival. Please empty your tanks before you arrive at a Sani-Dump or Truckstop (Flying J's & Love's) along the way. 
Cabin/Camper Rentals
check in from 3pm to 7pm EST (2pm to 6pm EDT Winter Hours). This allows our staff the time needed to properly clean & sanitize between stays. 
Please park in the lot by entrance gate, bring your ID and Cash Security Deposit to the office for check in. We will escort you to the rental unit. 


We do NOT offer a Self Check or After-Hours Check In option. Please call our Camp Office if your running a few minutes late so we can arrange for a staff member to wait for you, however guests who arrive later than expected will need to wait until the next morning to check-in or forfeit their reservation without refund.


Extra Guests - RV/Tent Sites can disclose and pay for additional guests at check-in as long as the additional guests do not put your site over the maximum number allowed. Please call us if your unsure what this means and what your site limits are. Rentals can also add extra guests however this must be done within two weeks of reserving the rental. We set up the rentals based on the number of paid guests. Sometimes this is done ahead if someone checks out a day or two early due to unforeseen acts or family emergencies, so we are not able to simply materialize linens/towels for extra guests at the time of check-in. We ask that you confirm all additional guests within two weeks of booking your stay with us.  

Cancellation Policy


​​RV/Tent Sites - Non-Group Cancellations require a 14 day notice prior to the day of check-in to receive a refund, minus a $10/night, per site, refundable* Cancellation Fee.

Rentals- Non-Group Cancellations require a 14 day notice prior to the day of check-in to receive a refund, minus a One Night  refundable* Cancellation Fee.
Groups of 2 or more Sites/Rentals-  Cancellations require a 30 day notice prior to the day of check in to receive a refund minus the above fees. Otherwise, and On Hold Reservation Credit is issued for the full amount of reservation for each member of the group who cancels. 


*Our Cancellation Fees are refundable once the guest reschedules their trip with us within one year.

Guests who must cancel within the 14 days leading up to check-in will receive an On Hold Reservation Credit (OHRC) for the full amount of their reservation (no fees). This OHRC, or "rain-check",  loses no value over time, and is 100% transferable if you are unable to reschedule within two years. Guest may opt at any time to receive the OHRC in lieu of a refund, so as to not pay any Cancellation Fees. 


NO REFUNDS PERMITTED: 1.) once the guest is checked in  2.) if a guest(s) is asked to leave the park by management 3.) ON HOLIDAYS/HOLIDAY WEEKENDS.

Holiday Rates are non-refundable, instead an OHRC (rain-check) will be issued for 75% of the amount of the reservation. Call for details, certain calendar dates apply, "Holiday" constitutes any date where the Holiday Rate is applied.
